Free “You’re Going to Disney World!” Printable Character Letters and Tickets
You’re Going to Disney World Printable Letters: One of the best parts of planning a trip to Disney World, in my personal opinion, is telling my son that we are going. The smile on his face is honestly one of the major reasons we go so often. This child lives and breaths Disney. At school, when he is done with his schoolwork and sitting at his desk, he is constantly drawing Spaceship Earth. Every day he seems to come home with a new rendition of it.
Rember, he is 5 years old. I never claimed he was an artist 😀
I like to come up with fun, little ways to tell him the good news about his trip back ‘home’. We have had it a complete surprise and told him on the way to the airport before. We have told him on Christmas morning with a box full of balloons! But one of the ways that I am going to tell him next time is by having a Disney character ‘write’ him a letter telling him that he is heading to the Most Magical Place on Earth.
And now I want to share my little project with you! If you know me, I like to overkill things, so I have made letters from many, many characters. I am not sure what character I will use for our next trip, but at least I have a few to choose from now!
How to use-
- Click through the PDFs and see which character would excite your child the most!
- Once you have picked one, save it to your computer or phone.
- Print! It’s as easy as that!
Just above the list of PDFs, I will have a photo gallery for you to take a look at some of the choices. If you are going to print this, I suggest printing from the PDF and not the photo gallery. It will be better, higher quality that way.

What cute ideas for telling your child they’re going to Disney World. I don’t have any little kids in my life, but if I did, I’d use one of these.

I haven’t surprised my son yet. He’s always known ahead of time. But it would be fun to do it with the Buzz Lightyear or Goofy letter for sure! What a cute idea.

Wow! You took some time on these. I love how many different characters there are to choose from. And your five year old is a TOTAL artist. That picture of Epcot is so precious. We live driving distance to Disneyland and have been a few times but didn’t do anything special to tell them we were going. Next time we go, I’ll have to keep these letters in mind!
Nicole Ellington
aww, thank you! I would love to live driving distance from Disneyland. That’s the dream! Maybe one day 🙂
