New Year’s Resolution- Disney Style

The new year and a new decade tend to fill us with the urge to make New Year’s resolutions, lists, and plans. I have to admit I am no different. It also gives us a chance to be reflective on the year gone by. This is just my New Year’s Resolution -Disney Style. ( stay tuned for my biggest Disney mistakes of 2019)

I am going to lay out my top five bucket list Disney related items. I am hoping to complete all the items on this list in 2020 and report back here how they go!

  1. Aulani Resort in Hawaii
This resort is beautiful and I have never heard a single bad review. Obviously, this resort is far from Florida and not inexpensive. We have a family trip here planned for next summer using our DVC points. Read all about DVC here and Kim’s trip for Aulani here.

  2. Stay at the new Riveria Resort
The pictures are as amazing as the reviews. This newest addition to the DVC family has excellent restaurants, views, and artwork. I am just searching for an available day to use my DVC points. Read all about Greg’s stay at this resort here.

  3. Ride the Rise of the Resistance Ride
I am really excited about this ride. It is going to take a big effort, waking up early, to be able to ride. I am going to talk my family into getting up before the sun on our next trip to try to make this happen.

  4. Attend a Party
We have yet to attend any type of “party”. This year we want to try either a Christmas or Haloween party. Nicole has some great information on parties that have inspired my desire to go.
  5. Try a Citrus Swirl
Probably the easiest and cheapest bucket list item. My name is Jen and I have never had a citrus swirl. I am a dole whip girl. Every time I pass the line for a citrus swirl it is either too long or I am too full to order one. 2020 is the year of the citrus swirl!
