Top 7 Mickey Shaped Snacks That You NEED to Get at Disney World!

Mickey shaped snacks: Hi, my name is Nicole…. and I am OBSESSED with Mickey-shaped food. (“Hi Nicole”). If you feel like you are having deja vu, you’re not. I started one of my other blog posts almost exactly like this. And, that post was all about Mickey waffles and how to make them. If you would like to read that, click here! Anyway, if you couldn’t tell by now, I like my food and I liked it Mickey shaped. If you don’t believe me, look at the photo below!

Yup, that’s me!  If you zoom in, you can see that my shirt says “You had me at Mickey waffles,” and my Minnie ears have Mickey waffles, Mickey pretzels, Mickey ice cream bars, and even Mickey-shaped pepperoni on them! I told you I was obsessed!  Anyway, if you haven’t caught on, this article is going to be all about my favorite Mickey shaped snacks and where to find each treat.

1.Mickey Waffles- Mickey shaped snacks

You can get these bad boys at a lot of places! My personal favorite place to get them is at our Disney World Resort quick-service location right before a fun day at the parks. Not all resorts have them, but most do. It’s just a great way to start the day. The photo above was taken at the All-Star Music Resort. Another favorite location of mine to get these super yummy waffles is Tusker House at Animal Kingdom. This is one of my favorite restaurants of all time. If Tusker House isn’t your jam, check out other restaurants for breakfast like Chef Mickey’s, Crystal Palace, and many others! If you just aren’t an early bird, but still want your Mickey waffle fix, never fear! You can now get them ALL DAY as a snack in Magic Kingdom at Sleepy Hollow. The Mickey waffles here come with either powdered sugar, strawberries, and whipped cream, or just plain! There are plenty of ways and places that you can enjoy this scrumptious Disney “must-eat.”

2. Mickey Rice Crispy Treat

Next on my list are Mickey rice crispy treats! I mean, just look at them! They are almost too pretty to eat (almost). The best part of these Mickey treats is that they come in sooo many different flavors and with so many different toppings! My personal favorite is the one with M&Ms on it. Again, this is another treat that you can find all over the parks, but I have two favorite places to get them and they are both in Magic Kingdom. The first one is at Big Top Souvenirs right across from the Dumbo ride (that’s where I got the rice crispy treat in the photo above). This circus-themed gift shop is way more than just a gift shop. They also sell tons of wonderful yummy snacks! Here, you will be able to find a wide variety of Mickey-shaped rice crispy treats among other things. I also got a Halloween-themed Mickey rice crispy treat there, too, (shown below) during my September Disney trip.

My other favorite place to get Mickey rice crispy treats is at The Main Street Confectionary. This sweet-smelling shop is literally what dreams are made of (Hey Google, play “This Is What Dreams Are Made Of” by Lizzie McGuire)! Here, you will be able to find a multitude of yummy delights. The photo below is a rice crispy treat I bought at the Confectionary. As you can see, it’s a little messy. But even in with its imperfections, it’s still perfect! (See? I told you the M&M ones are my favorite!)

There is also a special Mickey rice crispy treat that they sell at the confectionary that I have been VERY tempted to buy. It’s a ginormous one — almost as big as your head! The only reason why I haven’t bought it yet is that if I ate all of this humungous treat, I would not have any more stomach room for my other Mickey-shaped favorites.

3. Mickey Cinnamon Roll- Mickey shaped snacks

Next, we head over to Animal Kingdom for something that only recently became a favorite of mine. I had it for the first time this past September, and now it’s a “must-eat” for me on every trip! I’m talking about the Mickey-shaped cinnamon roll! This delectable delight can be found at Kusafiri Coffee Shop and Bakery, which if you aren’t looking for it, you can walk right by! It’s right in between Tusker House and Kilimanjaro Safaris. The description on these cinnamon rolls says “for two,” which, I mean, okay… I guess I should probably share it. But I could easily down that bad boy all by myself. If you are unselfish, unlike me, and do want to share, it’s a great deal because it’s so huge and you could share it with a few people. If you have never visited there before, make sure you stop by on your next trip! I’m sure you won’t regret it!

As you can see from the photo above, my husband is a little excited about this humongous pastry.

4. Mickey’s Premium Ice Cream Bar

Next up is the first of two ice cream treats that make it to my list. It’s the Mickey’s Premium Ice Cream Bar! This classic Mickey treat can be found at every park. This is one of my son’s favorite items to get every time we go to Disney. There is just something so great about this simple vanilla ice cream bar covered in chocolate. And somehow it being in a Mickey shape makes it 100 times yummier than any other ice cream out there. It’s just fact. Food shaped like Mickey is going to be better than non-Mickey shaped food.

5. Mickey (or Minnie) Cupcakes- Mickey shaped snacks

Nicole Ellington

How can you go wrong with a cupcake, especially a Mickey or Minnie Cupcake! These cuties in the photo above can be found at Big Top Souvenirs, but a variety of cupcakes can also be found at Starbucks and the Main Street Confectionery in Magic Kingdom, and so many more places! You never know where these little cuties will show up!

6. Mickey Ice Cream Sandwich

The second ice cream item to make my list is the Mickey Ice Cream Sandwich! This is another treat that can be found almost everywhere around the parks, which is good, because if you haven’t had one of these yet, you need to! Just like the Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bar, there is something so magical about taking something we already know and love, and making it into a Mickey shape! To be honest, this is probably my “go-to” and favorite ice cream treat to get while at the parks. It makes me feel like a kid again!

7. Mickey Pretzel- Mickey shaped snacks

Last, but certainly not least, is my faaaavoooorit item to make this list… a Mickey pretzel! You can find this everywhere (thank goodness because I want one every day while at the parks). This pretzel makes me so happy — you wouldn’t believe! If I don’t get one of these babies while at the parks, am I really even at Disney World? I don’t think so. Also, it comes with a cheese dip! It really can’t get much better than that.

I'm a lover of all things Disney! I have an adorable son named Andy (after Toy Story), and an amazing hubby named Aaron. For my family and I, Disney isn’t just a hobby or someplace we casually go when on vacation, it's a way of life. We try to go back 'Home' twice a year. My hope for this blog is to help families navigate their crazy, magical times through Disney and reach their Disney Dream!
