Looking for some socially distant and free fun at Disney? Then the Hidden Mickey Hunt throughout the Wilderness Lodge is for you. This is a great way to explore this beautiful resort.
Wilderness Lodge: This is my third and final stay on Walt Disney Property for a bit. You can check out my other articles about The Vero Beach Resort and The Animal Kingdom Lodge from a few weeks back.
We are headed home from a two-night stay at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort. Today is June 21st just for reference. I would call this post COVID travel, however, COVID is still very much a concern and on the rise in some places in Florida. Let’s call this mid-COVID travel?
WHOO-HOO!! That day you have been waiting for is FINALLY here! Today is your arrival day for Disney World! No matter how long you have counted down to this day, you want to make sure that you are prepared! Most people have their Fastpasses covered and dining reservations covered, but have you thought about what you are going to do your first day there? Before you leave your house- Confirm luggage tags are on luggage (and that you have all of your luggage) Any paperwork is on hand and easily accessible. Also, make sure that you have confirmation numbers easily assessable if you need them. If you are flying: Arrive…
Tonga Toast is my new love. Being married has been great, sure, but Tonga Toast is heaven on a plate, and I bet what Disney serves is even better than what I managed to make at home. You guessed it! (Or maybe you didn’t, but I’m going to pretend you did.) I tried the recipe from Disney Parks Blog to make my own at-home Tonga Toast. It went marvelously.
Christmas at Ft Wilderness Resort and Campground– Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground is a destination within a destination. I have previously posted about how you should really put this resort on your radar. Christmas at Ft. Wilderness Resort and Campground is extra, to say the least. If camping is not your jam, never fear you can experience all the Holiday wonder from a cabin on property!
Free Disney Countdown Printables: If you are anything like me, you have the need for a constant countdown to your next Disney trip. Whether is Disney World, Disneyland, or even a Disney cruise! I feel like something is missing in my life if I do not have some sort of count down. When this article goes live, I will have 11 days till my family and I are in Disneyland! The place that started it all. It has been 10 and a half years since I was last there! And this trip will be my husband’s and son’s first time visiting, so I am really looking forward to all of…
Disney World Value Resorts: My family and I have stayed at every level of Disney resort: Deluxe, Moderate, and Value. Although each level is great, we keep going back to the Values. And there are a few reasons for that! But before we dive on into those reasons, below I will list the review articles that I have (so far) written about the Value Resort- All-Star Movies All-Star Music All-Star Sports Okay, let’s dive into this post and see what makes these resorts so great! 1. The Disney Feel Out of every resort we have stayed at, the Value Resorts stand out with that Disney feel. Don’t get me wrong,…
I hate to break it to you, but you’re going to wait in lines at Disney. Planning and strategic use of FastPasses can sometimes minimize those waits, but they’ll still exist. Disney knows its guests don’t want to wait, so it does its best to make the attraction queues as entertaining as possible; they become part of the attraction experience.
Disney’s BoardWalk Inn is one of 3 deluxe resorts (the other 2 are Yacht Club and Beach Club) nestled around Crescent Lake between Hollywood Studios and the International Gateway at Epcot. During each of the past 3 Augusts, Ben and I have stayed at one of these 3 gorgeous resorts, finishing our trio just a couple of weeks ago at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn. This time, though, we were treated to something truly magical – a room upgrade to a 2-story loft cottage with Club Level access.
