Kim Tries: Disney Cupcakes
I spend far too much of my time down the rabbit hole of DIY (do it yourself) on Pinterest and Instagram. I’m constantly seeing adorable projects or perfect desserts and thinking “I can totally do that!” only to later discover, “Oh, oh no I cannot.” This crushing defeat doesn’t keep me down for long. It’s a good thing, too, because every once in a while, I find a project that is actually doable and its successful completion is so satisfying. A couple of years ago, I found some entirely doable Disney cupcakes that I want to share with you!

Disney World Vs. Disneyland
Disney World vs Disneyland: For most of my life, Disney World is the place that I liked to call ‘home’. It just felt right. I felt like I belonged. I never really had the need to visit the other Disney Parks around the world because I was just so happy and comfortable at WDW. That all changed when my son turned 4 years old and his obsession with the movies Cars took over. Everything was Cars to him! His birthday party theme was Cars, all he wanted to do was play with his Cars toys- he even got a HUGE Cars race track for that Christmas. That’s when I realized…

Free “You’re Going to Disney World!” Printable Character Letters and Tickets
You’re Going to Disney World Printable Letters: One of the best parts of planning a trip to Disney World, in my personal opinion, is telling my son that we are going. The smile on his face is honestly one of the major reasons we go so often. This child lives and breaths Disney. At school, when he is done with his schoolwork and sitting at his desk, he is constantly drawing Spaceship Earth. Every day he seems to come home with a new rendition of it. Rember, he is 5 years old. I never claimed he was an artist 😀 I like to come up with fun, little ways to…

Tusker House: Top 5 Reasons You Need to Eat Here
Disney World Tusker House: What do you do when one person in your party will eat anything and everything (spoiler – that’s me), and someone else in your party only eats maybe a handful of foods and refuses everything else (another spoiler – that’s my five-year-old son)? Going out to eat must be hard, right? Wrong! Not at Disney World, anyway. So many restaurants there cater to adventurous eaters and picky eaters alike. This blog post will be all about Tusker House over in the Animal Kingdom. I personally believe that it is hands down one of the best buffets on Walt Disney World property. From the food, to the atmosphere, to…

Disney’s Riviera Resort: Top 4 Reasons to Visit
You don’t have to stay at Disney’s Riviera Resort to enjoy it. There are plenty of reasons to visit the resort after it opens December 16. Here are my top four. Topolino’s Terrace BreakfastCharacter dining is a great way to have one-on-one quality interactions with your favorites. Topolino’s features Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Daisy – a real powerhouse combo of characters. All four represent different arts. Mickey is a painter, Minnie is a writer, Donald is a sculptor and Daisy is a dancer. And they all ham it up, playing their parts so well. Much like Tusker House at Animal Kingdom and Chef Mickey at the Contemporary Resort, this breakfast…
