LeFou’s Brew Disney World Recipe: Easy to Make at Home!
LeFou’s Brew Disney World Recipe: Have you ever had LeFou’s Brew at Magic Kingdom before? If not, let me try to explain it to you really quickly. The best way that I can describe it is… amazing!! It’s a slushy, cold apple drink that is mixed with a hint of marshmallow and topped with a fruity whipped cream (I know it sounds like a lot is going on, but trust me, it works)! This deliciously refreshing drink, which can be found at Gaston’s Tavern in Fantasyland, is inspired by one of my favorite movies, Beauty and The Beast. Now you can make your own LeFou’s Brew at home with this super simple recipe! And I mean really, it’s super simple!

INGREDIENTS-
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 4 tablespoons Mango Juice
- 4 tablespoons Passionfruit Juice
- 12oz can of frozen Apple Juice
- 1 cup(ish) of ice cubes
- 1/4 cup Marshmallow Syrup (click here to buy the syrup I used)
The first thing that you’ll want to do is to whip up some heavy cream, mango juice, and passion fruit juice in a cold bowl. What I like to do is to put the bowl in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes before starting, that way the bowl has a nice chill to it. Once the bowl is nice and chilled, pour those three ingredients into the bowl. Whip it for about 3-5 minutes on medium/high speed until you get nice, soft peaks. When that’s all set, put it in the fridge until you are ready to use it.
To make the actual brew part of LeFou’s Brew, you will need to use your blender. Add the frozen apple juice, marshmallow syrup, and ice. Blend that together on high for just a few minutes until you have a nice, slushy consistency.
Pour that into a mug, top it off with the whipped cream, and then… ta-dah! You are all done! See? Wasn’t that easy? Or in the words of Ina Garten “How easy was that?” (if you don’t watch FoodNetwork, then sorry for that random reference).
This drink is hubby approved also 🙂

This looks SO good! I have not had this. I had no idea it was fruity. I assumed it tasted more like Butterbeer.

That’s actually what a lot of people think! But it’s surprisingly fruity!

Thanks for posting! Looks great! I want to try it but I have the hardest time finding passion fruit juice at grocery stores. Any recommendations of where you can get it from? Thanks!
Nicole Ellington
I have found it in two spots in my local grocery store. The first, we have an international section that usually has it there. I have also found it in the cold section with the orange juice. Hope this helps!
